Yoga to help me sleep
So the past few night I feel like my legs are full on energy, like they are rubber bands that have been spun and are waiting to snap. So, I thought of a time when this wasn’t happening- when I did yoga before bed. We will see how my hypothesis pans out. Did my experiment work? Tune in tomorrow & find out!
Getting back on track
As summer is in full swing now, I have started to take pictures of what I eat trying to lose weight. I was doing really well, until Rob came home. He likes to eat out A LOT! After talking about it, we have eaten more at home… I was down 8 pounds- with Rob home, I gained 3 in almost a week! What the frick?
So here is what I have eaten today. I am 3 points down for the day! My goal to get pack on track is to NOT use the weekly points.
